The Gypsy's Bistro Menu is gathering of recipes and ideas from experiences wandering the world. The menu changes weekly and we use only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Start traveling through your day with
such delights as a Stuffed Croissant, a slice of Quiche or Strata.
However if your sweet tooth guides your way in the morning, you'll certainly find something in the Bakery! For
lunch, try a Flatbread (a recipe from a friend's mother in
Milan), a Sandwich (flavors we assembled in different
markets around the world while waiting for the next train or bus), or
some tasty Soups & Salads (standard fare in every city traveled around
the globe). Whether lunch or dinner, the Gypsy will send your palate on holiday!
